We will provide you with a selection of venues that fit to your requirements, taking into account the key factors of your event. You can be assured that as we are independent we will select the very best venues for you providing an honest, unbiased recommendation.

In addition to our venue finding service, we can hold your hand at every stage of your event.
We will work with you to manage all of your suppliers – caterers, AV & production, activities, entertainment and so much more.
We can manage your delegate lists, dietary requirements, transfers, rooming lists – all those little headaches – that are so time consuming.
MICE Venues can also be with you on the day of your event, managing the logistics, leaving you to concentrate on your guests and your stakeholders.
We believe that no two events are ever the same, so we will put together a bespoke plan working to your requirements and budgets.

How do you work?
After we have taken down your brief, we set to work on sourcing you the perfect venues – we negotiate the rates, hold the space and then send you a detailed proposal.
We can then arrange for you to visit any of the proposed venues – either on your own or accompanied.
If you then wish to contract to one of the proposed venues, we send over a confirmation and introduce you to your venue contact. One call to us and we take the stress away!
How is this a complimentary service?
We are paid a fee from the venue that you contract to for the introduction of your business.
Does it cost me more working with you?
No – more often than not we are able to negotiate very favourable rates for you, this is due to our relationships with many industry contacts and our purchasing power with our extensive client base.
What types of venues do you recommend?
There is no limit to the types of venue we recommend. We work to your brief and look at everything from castles, museums, boats, hotels, conference centres, historical venues to the more unusual too.
